Book Review: With Love, From Me to You

With Valentine’s Day approaching, parents usually like to give gifts to their kids as an expression of their love.  One book that would make a fabulous Valentine’s gift to a toddler would be the book, “With Love, From Me to You by Manz Simon-Ice.  This book is an adorable book that teaches youth they should reach out to others to help them feel loved.  It talks about showing love to friends who are shy, to those who are sad, to those who are angry, and to even those who are far away.  The book ends by reminding the readers that God also loves them.  I love that this book encourages the audience to remember to try to love even those hard-to-love people.

With Love, From Me to You is about 16 pages long and about 7 inches by 7 inches.  It is a heavy duty board book so that youth cannot damage it very easily.  The illustrations are filled with a choo-choo train (which all kids love), and a large white bear serving as a postal worker who meets many people(who are really cute animals) along his route.  This book is a nice book.  I love the message it brings and I love the drawings in it.  Each page is filled completely with art and a good loving message.

I received this book from its publisher in exchange for an honest review and I give it 2 thumbs up.  Lights UP North participates in the Book Look Blogger program uses the book donations from them for Blessings Boxes we deliver to local hospitals.
